Don Westerhaus, HOA Board President, announced yesterday the (re?)formation of a Committee to look into drainage issues across the entire neighborhood. Ryan Nichols will chair the committee.

The Board released a DRAFT of the minutes of the recent Board meeting. Highlights of the meeting include: election of officers for 2017, financial report, selection of lawn care vendor for 2017, report of the Bylaws and CC&Rs Committee, and an update on the Drainage Committee.
